Ubigi: plans, prices and terms
Ubigi sells data-only eSIM plans for single countries and regions. Every plan has its own page with the exact price, each network it uses with 3G/4G/5G marks, and, for unlimited plans, how much full-speed data you get before the speed drops.

This is a review of published plans and terms, not a hands-on test. Prices checked 15 Oct 2026.
Where it does well
- Names every network per country and marks which ones support 5G.
- States the full-speed allowance behind each unlimited plan.
- Publishes the full country list for each regional plan, so its regional plans appear in multi-country comparisons.
Limitations
- Data only: no number for SMS verification codes or local calls.
- Fewer durations than most: fixed plans are mostly 7, 15 or 30 days and unlimited plans mostly 7, 15 and 30 days.
- Some unlimited plans slow to 2 Mbps after 5 GB a day, including Spain, Italy, Turkey and China.
- Its plan list rounds prices down to whole dollars; the exact price is on each plan's own page, which is what we show.
What Ubigi documents
- Calls and SMS
- Data only. Use internet apps such as WhatsApp for calls and texts. source
- Activation
- The plan activates when you arrive in a covered destination and its validity starts then. A plan that isn't activated within 6 months of purchase expires. source
- Hotspot
- Data sharing allowed. source
- Top-ups
- Recharge in the app; a one-off plan can be topped up once its allowance is used. source
- Unlimited data
- Each unlimited plan states a full-speed allowance, then 2 Mbps — for example 20 GB on a 7-day Germany plan. source
- Daily limits
- Some unlimited plans reset the full-speed allowance daily instead — for example 5 GB a day in Spain. source
