eSIMX: plans, prices and terms
eSIMX sells country eSIMs through its app and website. Each country page lists fixed-data plans from 1 to 50 GB and "Daily 2GB" unlimited plans from 1 to 30 days, with every price in one table.

This is a review of published plans and terms, not a hands-on test. Prices checked 22 Oct 2026.
Where it does well
- Lowest prices in our data for many short and light-use trips, with fixed plans from 1 GB.
- Every country page lists all its plans and USD prices in one table.
- States the daily full-speed allowance and the speed after it for unlimited plans.
Limitations
- Pages don't say which networks the eSIM uses, only which operators the country has.
- No top-ups: when data runs out you buy a new eSIM.
- Hotspot, 5G and calls aren't stated per plan, so we show them as not documented.
- The page converts prices to other currencies for some visitors; we list the USD prices.
What eSIMX documents
- Unlimited data
- Most unlimited plans give 2 GB of high-speed data a day, then a reduced speed of at least 128 kbps. source
- Hotspot
- Most plans allow it; some unlimited plans cap hotspot data at 1 to 5 GB a day. The page says to check each plan's details. source
- Top-ups
- Add-on data packs aren't supported; buy a new eSIM when data runs out. source
- Activation
- Install within 24 hours before departure. For most plans validity starts when you arrive and connect. source
- Refunds
- A full refund within 14 days if the eSIM hasn't been installed. source
- Calls and texts
- Use dual SIM to keep your home number for calls and texts while the eSIM handles data. source
