aloSIM: plans, prices and terms
aloSIM sells country and regional eSIMs through its app and website. Its country pages list fixed-data and unlimited packages by trip length, and a technical panel on each page states hotspot, top-up, ID and fair-use terms and every network it uses.

This is a review of published plans and terms, not a hands-on test. Prices checked 15 Oct 2026.
Where it does well
- States hotspot, top-up and fair-use terms on every country page we checked.
- Lists every network it uses in each country and tags each one LTE or 5G.
- Both fixed-data and unlimited packages in every destination we cover, from 1 GB.
Limitations
- "Unlimited" means 3 GB a day at full speed, then 1 Mbps until the next day.
- Calls and texts go through a separate app; the included minutes and texts aren't stated on country pages.
- Prices don't always rise with duration: in France the 7-day unlimited package cost more than the 10-day one when we checked.
- Its regional pages give different country counts from the country lists they show, so we don't list aloSIM's regional plans yet.
What aloSIM documents
- Unlimited data
- 3 GB of high-speed data per day; after that, speed drops to 1 Mbps until the next day. source
- Hotspot
- Hotspot and tethering allowed. source
- Top-ups
- Data top-ups available. source
- ID
- No ID or documents required. source
- Activation
- Install before you travel; the eSIM connects when you arrive. It can be reused on later trips. source
- Calls and texts
- Most data packages include a free phone number in aloSIM's sister app, Hushed, for calls and texts over data. Country pages don't say how many minutes or texts are included. source
